Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
• Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, is required.
• Products must be returned in resalable condition.

Sir Russ A to Z Merchandise, LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care and hygiene products, including but not limited to toothpaste, razors, deodorants, cosmetics, and similar items
• Opened food products, vitamins, dietary supplements, or other consumable goods
• Products that have been used, opened, or altered
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or final-sale items
• Gift cards and digital products, if applicable

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact our Customer Support team by emailing info@sirrussatozmerchandise.com.
• Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return request.
• If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Ship the item according to the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, Sir Russ A to Z Merchandise, LLC will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please submit a return request if eligible. Once your refund has been processed, you may place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
